You can purchase conversions by entering your debit or credit card information. Once the card is charged, your purchase will be billed in advance (minus discounts and plus taxes, as applicable), and you will be able to access the features immediately. If you make the purchase before completing your free trial, the unused conversions will be carried over to your available conversions' balance.

Unused conversions are non-refundable. You can reactivate your account at any time, by committing to a paid option.

You can activate a monthly plan by entering your debit or credit card information (if not on file). Once the card is charged, your monthly plan will be billed in advance (minus discounts and plus taxes, as applicable), and you will be able to access the features immediately. If you activate a monthly plan with your free trial or conversions purchase uncompleted, the unused conversions will be carried over to your available conversions' balance.

The fee will be charged through the card on file, on the plan's anniversary date. Your monthly plan will be billed in advance (minus discounts and plus taxes, as applicable), and renewed automatically. The anniversary date is the first bill's day, except for subscriptions activated on February 29th or the 31st of each month, that will be set on the day 1st. Billing periods will be adjusted based on the calendar, as applicable.

If your monthly plan fee charge fails, you will have a one-month grace period to update the card's information. During this period, you will still have access to your plan's features and be able to use your rolled-over conversions. Once the charge is successful, your current billing period's conversions will be credited to your available conversions' balance. If the charge has not been processed by the end of the grace period, your subscription will be set as "Canceled" and any pending conversions will not be refunded.

You can purchase additional conversions on an as-needed basis, occasionally or regularly. These conversions will be credited to your available conversions' balance in the current billing period.

Unused conversions, whether included in your plan or purchased additionally, will be rolled over as follows: i) 5, 15 and 30 plans: up to 30 days and ii) 50, 200 and 500 plans: up to 60 days.

You can upgrade your plan when you consistently need more conversions than your current plan allows, or when you want to access the features of the next plan.

You will be charged the price difference between your new and current plans to the card on file and billed in advance (minus discounts and plus taxes, as applicable) and you will immediately gain access to the difference in conversions between such plans and all the benefits of your new plan.

Kiiper will not automatically downgrade your plan, as we don't know your future conversion needs.

Your previous plan pricing and features will remain active until the end of your currrent billing period. The pricing and features downgrade will take effect the day after.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time and your plan's features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will be canceled and unused conversions will be non-refundable.

Yes, once your subscription is canceled, your business and bank accounts' information, files and integrations, will remain in Kiiper for 360 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your account at any time, by purchasing conversions or activating a monthly plan.
